All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.
Refunds may be issued as:
Store Credits – the fastest option, processed within 24–48 hours, with no expiry date or usage limitations.
Original Payment Method – if you paid via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the same account within 7 working days. For NEFT transactions, it may take up to 5 business days. For credit cards, the refund may reflect in your next billing cycle.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued either as Store Credits or via an account payee cheque in the billing name provided at the time of purchase. The cheque will be dispatched within 15 days of product receipt (including transit time).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
If the cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched or is in transit, a 10% in-transit cancellation fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
Customized or engraved products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
